Absolutely not! I coach athletes from anywhere in the world! I am already working with runners based in Amsterdam, America and Copenhagen!

You don’t have to be able to run any sort of standards! I coach all abilities and new runners too.

All distances – from 5k’s up to ultra marathons!

Training sessions are communicated using an online platform called Training Peaks. All sessions can be synced to your Garmin (or equivalent sports watch) too!

I am experienced in niggles and setbacks so will provide you with a non- running training plan to help you recover and keep fit using other forms of training.

Please give me at least one calendar months’ notice if you wish to terminate.

When you sign up, you will have a 7-day cooling off period. After this, there is a minimum term of three months. Training adaptations don’t happen overnight, so I believe this is enough time for you to see if the training is for you!

I am a big fan of group sessions and running with other people. It is one of the best bits of the running community! I will always do my best to fit these into your training plan.
